Transfer to Huizhou

From any of the three airports to Shili Yintan residential complex, where our patients stay, — a comfortable minivan transfer with a child seat. Travel time 1 to 2 hours depending on the arrival point.

How the meet-and-greet works

1–2 days before departure you send the manager photos of your tickets and exact arrival time via WhatsApp. At the airport a driver meets you with a sign reading "NeuroLife / [surname]" right after the baggage claim area.

You can communicate with the driver in basic English; some of our drivers also know everyday Russian phrases. In case you miss each other, you always have direct WhatsApp access to the manager, who will call the driver by phone.

The vehicle is a 6–7 seater minivan with space for suitcases and a wheelchair, equipped with a Chinese child seat (or a European-style one on request). If your child uses a specialised wheelchair, please warn us when booking — we will dispatch a vehicle with a folding ramp.

Useful tips

  • For infants and children under 12 kg bring your own carrier-style car seat — Chinese car-seat standards differ slightly
  • If your flight is delayed or you miss your luggage, just message the manager — the driver will wait at no extra charge

Alternatives to the transfer — at your own risk

Technically you can reach Huizhou from the airports on your own:

High-speed train Guangzhou South — Huizhou South, 35 minutes. From Baiyun airport to the station — another 40 minutes by metro or taxi.

Express bus from Shenzhen airport to Huizhou — 1 h 30 min, departures every 40–60 minutes.

Didi taxi (the Chinese Uber) — a working option, but it requires a Chinese phone number and payment via WeChat Pay / Alipay.

On your first visit we still insist on our transfer — you will avoid station bustle, language barriers, and save energy for the first examination at the centre. After 2–3 courses many families start using the train on their own — it is familiar and fast.

Myths and reality

Myth

You can't survive in Huizhou without a Chinese SIM card

What's actually true

Wi-Fi is available in the apartments, the centre, and most cafes and shopping centres. For payments WeChat Pay / Alipay linked to a Russian card via WeRemit or Alipay Tour Pass work fine — we help set this up on the first day.
