He has studied and worked in China for more than 16 years, working in the field of rehabilitation and treatment of children with cerebral palsy, in-
tellectual disability, and autism, and since then he has received more than 20,000 local patients and more than 3,000 foreign patients from
the following countries: Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Germany, Armenia, etc. He maintains long-term
cooperative relationships with charitable foundations in the CIS. He actively promotes Chinese-Russian cooperation
in the field of pediatric rehabilitation.
